A sleepy cover of a sleepy song. The Beatles were the greatest band of all time, ain't got no controversy about that. I don't copy Paul's bass line, nor do I do the backing vocals (I can't!). Still, I think it's a decent cover. Finger-picked guitar and a few simplistic piano lines form the backbone of the track, along with a mobile bass that's got McCartney's spirit, I think.
